| The office is closed
on major holidays. It is also closed when we are away attending
continuing education programs to increase our skills developments to serve
you better. Our answering machine service will always be available
to take messages when the office is closed.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. The office telephone number is (937) 427-1749. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. We also make every effort to be punctual at every appointment time. However, emergencies do arise, so we ask for your understanding if we are unable to see you at your exact appointment time. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see the doctor. Patients with numerous missed or cancelled appointments will be charged a fee. |
